Did you know everything in this Universe is connected? We are all part of the same dimension. We all emit frequencies, we all resonate, we all become aware. Sound was used all over the world by our ancestors on different occasions, from ceremonies to rituals, and always with the intention of bringing awareness to people. Ever since, sound has been an important aspect of our everyday life. Just notice how we are always exposed to it.  Living in a city or town, we might hear heavy traffic, we hear the ambulance, the police sirens, a bike bell, a doorbell, car honking, we hear people chatting, trash trucks, we hear when people mow their lawn…these are just few examples.   You probably realize that all these sounds bring awareness to us.

What about nature and its sounds? Do you ever pay attention to the pitch of the wind? The sound of rain, hail, the loudness or softness drops make depending on their size. The whisper of grass, leaves, the murmur of insects, birds, an animal approaching, turtles, cats, dogs, you name it…. we all produce sound; we are surrounded by it. And even if you can’t hear, you can feel, so the vibrations are present, and you are still aware of the sensations this brings.

Do you ever pay attention on how your body feels when you speak? Do you feel the vibrations that are emitted as you speak? Since we all emit and resonate, we need to be aware of what are we bringing to the table, what are we accepting to resonate with us as well. Higher vibrations attract higher vibrations, and lower vibrations attract lower vibrations. Where are you right now? I always believe we are where we need to be, but in a conscious way. If we know we are vibrating low, just being able to acknowledge it, is the step necessary to bring change into ourselves for higher vibrations. So, what do you like to do to bring yourself onto a higher state?

Here, I am offering you sound baths. Different percussion instruments, and Himalayan Singing Bowls are used to create a concert of different vibrations that go deep into our cells, to help release anything that doesn’t serve us anymore, to bring love an awareness. Remember, everything is a process, and there is always a start.

Some physiological benefits for our bodies: reducing high blood pressure and anxiety, reducing toxins within cells, a lowering of excessive stress hormones (cortisol), and the list may continue. We are all the same, yet different simultaneously, so we can start acknowledging how we feel, and notice any shifts after each session. It is for us to discover what makes us feel connected with our bodies, mind and souls, in tune with oneself.
