We are thrilled to bring Sound Bath Immersions into our community. Are you ready to unwind and relax? Sound Bath Immersion, using different percussion instruments as well as Himalayan Singing bowls.

Everything we see emits a wave, a sound, frequency and resonance. When sound waves reach our ear, they have been converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve, into the auditory cortex, which is the part of the brain that process sound. This process allows for the release of hormones and chemicals within our bodies that brings and effect on both our physical and emotional bodies. A journey to partake and harmonize with our surroundings!
